You’ve successfully completed registration for Power of Words Academy Camps.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out your camper’s online information form . Below, you will find the necessary and important information you will need to make your child’s experience at Power of Words Academy that much more enjoyable and successful. Please read through this information before the camp commences. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are looking forward to an fun and inspirational week with the campers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Here are a few friendly reminders:

  • Label all items. Power of Words Academy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please do not send your child to camp with any valuables.

  • Please send snacks and lunches with your child. Lunch (2 slices of pizza) will be provided to campers on the last day of each camp session.

  • Please present picture ID when picking up your child from camp. If your child is 12 or older, you may provide us with written consent for them to sign in and sign out independently.

  • Ensure you communicate all medical concerns with the instructors.

Power of Words Academy is dedicated to high quality education programs with an attention to promoting confidence and leadership skills through a sense of accomplishment. Our staff provides a fun, supporting learning environment to our campers.

DROP OFF / PICK UP

Morning Drop-off: 8:45am - 9:00am

Afternoon Pick-up: 4:00pm – 4:15pm

There will be Power of Words Academy signs in the parking lots directing you to the correct door to enter for POW Camps.

You are responsible for signing your child in and out with the Camp Staff. The authorized adults you listed on the registration form must present photo identification to match the name on the list you provided. Please remember to bring your photo ID.

If you have a child 12 years of age and over, you may provide us with permission by email, for your child to leave the camp on their own. Please remind them that they still need to sign themselves in and out with the Camp Staff at the registration desk.
